Institute Facilities & Equipment

The TENAJ Salon Institute is a 10,000 square foot facility, which includes a well-equipped student salon clinic area, including:

• 50 hair styling stations
• Color bar
• Dispensary
• 12 backwash shampoo stations
• 10 manicure stations
• 8 pedicure stations
• Waxing area
• Consumer retail area

There are 4 student classrooms, admissions office, financial aid office, business office, educator office, staff break room, student break room, restroom facilities, and conference room.

Accreditation

The TENAJ Salon Institute is licensed by the Florida Commission for Independent Education (CIE), License No. 3387 and accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts and Sciences (NACCAS). NACCAS is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education as the national accrediting agency for cosmetology schools.

The TENAJ Salon Institute chooses to go through the rigorous accreditation process to stay accountable and to demonstrate an ongoing commitment to providing high-quality career education.

The TENAJ Salon Institute’s mission is to provide the highest level of education in the arts and sciences of cosmetology through classroom and clinical application. We are committed to successful graduation with the knowledge and skills needed to obtain gainful employment in the beauty industry. The TENAJ Salon Institute maintains educational systems and programs that are updated constantly with the newest professional techniques to keep the student’s interests first and our education quality high.
